IN THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS SAN ANTONIO DIVISION Case No (Chapter 15) JOINTLY ADMINISTERED AGREED ORDER GRANTING MONITOR S SECOND MOTION FOR ENTRY OF AN ORDER EXTENDING THE TIME TO ASSUME OR REJECT LEASES OF NONRESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY AND GRANTING RELATED RELIEF The Court has considered the Monitor s Second Motion for Entry of an Order Extending the Time to Assume or Reject Leases of Nonresidential Real Property and Granting Related Relief (the Motion ) 2. The Court further finds, and the undersigned parties agree and stipulate, that good and sufficient cause exists for the granting of an extension of the deadline to assume or reject leases set out in 11 U.S.C. 365(d)(4)(A)(i) and for the granting of the related relief set out herein. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Motion is hereby GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the deadline imposed by section 365(d)(4)(A)(i) of the Bankruptcy Code, to assume or reject unexpired leases of nonresidential real property, is extended to October 31, 2016, pursuant to Section 365(d)(4)(B)(i) of the Bankruptcy Code, with respect to the leases for the Specified Locations set out on the attached Exhibit A (where MacBain is the landlord) and for any other leases of the Chapter 15 Debtors where MacBain is not the landlord. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Vendors and Liberty are each authorized to use and occupy the Specified Locations set out on the attached Exhibit A in accordance with the terms of the applicable leases through October 31, IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Section 365(d)(4) deadline is not extended with respect to the Chapter 15 Debtors Denver Office Lease and such lease is rejected, therefore, as of September 30, The Chapter 15 Debtors are authorized to enter into a new month-tomonth lease for office space with MacBain in MacBain s Denver Office building on terms to be negotiated by the Chapter 15 Debtors and MacBain
