DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATIONS On or about November 15 through December 14, 2004, the Respondent installed new brass entry doors with sidelights, custom door pulls and east glass at Harrah's, Las Vegas, Nevada without obtaining the appropriate building permit from the Clark County Building Department. The Respondent violated NRS (1)(b)(1) Willful or deliberate disregard and violation of: The building laws of the State or of any political subdivision thereof. ORDER Pursuant to NRS (1)(a), the Respondent is ordered to take the following corrective action within 30 days of the effective date of this order: Implement appropriate written procedures and take required action to ensure compliance with all NRS 624 and NAC 624 statutes.
