1 DEFENCE RAYA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB [A proprietary club fully owned by Defence Housing Authority, Lahore, Pakistan ( DHA ) and developed by Defence Raya Golf & Country Club ( DRGCC ) ] To: - Defence Housing Authority, Lahore and Defence Raya Golf & Country Club APPLICATION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR TERM MEMBERSHIP Application I/We ( the Applicant ) hereby submit my/our application to be eligible for Term Membership in Defence Raya Golf & Country Club ( the Club ) together with the License Fee amounting Rs 300,000 (for Term Membership Applicant) upon and subject to the terms and conditions herein contained. My/Our particulars are set out in the attached Form of Particulars of Applicant. Note: Cheque for Application Fee is to be made payable to Defence Raya Golf & Country Club Terms and Conditions (1) Application herein is in respect of:- Type of Membership License Fee (in Rs) Term Membership Rs 300,000 (2) The Applicant will be notified in writing on the outcome of the Application herein. Should the Applicant s Application be unsuccessful, the Application Fee shall be refunded to the Applicant without interest. Should the Applicant s Application be successful, the Applicant agrees to abide by the terms & conditions under (3) below. The Applicant will be accepted as a Term Member of the Club and granted a non-exclusive right to enter the Club and to use and enjoy all the facilities of the Club. (3) Other Conditions In making this Application, the Applicant declares and confirms his/its acknowledgement of and agreement to following:- (c) (d) (e) The application herein is for a non-exclusive license to enter the Club for Term Membership and to use and enjoy the facilities of Club; The Club is a proprietary club fully owned by Defence Housing Authority, Lahore, Pakistan and developed by DRGCC; The Applicant agrees upon the request of DRGCC, to execute any other document or documents and/or enter into a License Agreement and/or other appropriate agreements with DRGCC and Defence Housing Authority, Lahore, Pakistan, and to comply with the terms set out therein; As a Term Member of the Club, the Applicant shall make timely payment of the Monthly Subscription and other charges or fees as shall be stipulated by the Club and further settle all bills in a timely manner and abide by and observe the Rules of the Club and other regulations, bye-laws and policies as the Club may implement and enforce from time to time to govern and regulate the use and enjoyment of the Club s facilities; The Term Membership is non transferable.

In the event that the Term Member wishes to apply for Full Membership he shall do so by topping up the balance at the prevailing price of the full membership. This option for Full Membership must be exercised within the 3 years term period.
