These two cases are related to the death of Jason Davies. Mr. Davies' body was located in the Missouri River near Leavenworth, Kansas, on September 19, All probable cause statements and felony complaints are attached. FELONY COMPLAINT The Prosecuting Attorney of the County of Buchanan, State of Missouri, upon information and belief, charges that the defendant, in violation of Section , RSMo, committed the class 0 felony of tampering with physical evidence, punishable upon conviction under Sections and , RSMo, in that on or about September 15, 2013, in the County of Buchanan, State of Missouri, the defendant destroyed evidence at a murder crime scene with the purpose to impair its availability in a murder investigation, an official investigation, by calling a third party to assist in removing and disposing of the decedent's body from the crime scene and third party did assist in removing the decedent's body from the scene and thereby impaired and obstructed the prosecution to Robert Jarrell for the crime of Murder in the Second Degree, a felony. I have probable cause to believe that on , at 802 N. 13th Apt. B, St. Joseph Mo Patricia A. Butler I w /1:.-, d.o.b , social security number , committed one or more criminal offense(s): Tampering with physical evidence 2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows: On victim was murdered at 802 N. 13th Apt. B, S1. Joseph Mo. The defendant was present when the murder occurred and witnessed the murder. The defendant later called another defendant (her brother) and told him to come to the location of the murder. The purpose of said phone call was to get assistance in disposing of the victim's body. When that defendant arrived he assisted in locating a means of transporting the deceased victim to the Missouri River where the victim was placed into the river. Victims body was recovered from the Missouri River on in Leavenworth KS. This defendant made no effort to contact law enforcement and notify them about the murder. For issuance of a warrant in a misdemeanor case, also complete thefol/owing, if appropriate. 3. I have probable cause to believe that on 09/15/2013, at 802 N. 13th Apt. B, St. Joseph, Missouri, Billy J. Wilson, W / M, d.o.b. 09/13/1958, social security number , committed one or more criminal offense(s): Tampering with Evidence 2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows: On the defendant responded to 802 N. 13th apartmentb at the request of his sister. She said she needed help with a problem. Upon arrival he found that victim J.D. had been killed and his sister and three others were needing help in disposing of the body. The defendant advised the four that if they wanted the body to disappear they should put it in the river. He also told them that he knew where a wheel barrow was that they could use and took one of the suspects to get the wheelbarrow.
