Part 2 Redemption Power of Attorney Power of Attorney BY THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY I/we 1 of 2 hereby appoint(s) any of the directors for the time being of Schroder Real Estate Managers (Jersey) Limited (the Manager ) of PO Box 490, 40 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE4 9WB, Channel Islands to be my Attorneys (which expression shall be deemed to include any one of my said Attorneys individually), jointly and severally, to whom I grant full power and authority for me and in my name and on my behalf in any part of the world to execute and deliver all documents of whatever description (including documents requiring the exercise of a discretion) which my Attorneys shall think fit in connection with the redemption or transfer of the units in West End of London Property Unit Trust registered in my name as referred to in a Redemption Notice addressed to the Manager and dated on or about the date of this Power of Attorney. And generally to act hereunder as fully and effectually as I myself could do including the power to delegate all or any of the authorities hereby granted and I hereby agree to ratify and confirm and to hold as valid and irrevocable all that my Attorneys shall do or purport to do or cause to be done hereunder and I hereby indemnify my Attorneys against all actions, claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses and other liabilities arising from or otherwise relating to the exercise or purported exercise of the powers conferred hereby at any time or times before my Attorneys have received from me actual notice of any revocation of this Power of Attorney. 7 Instructions for the Completion of a Jersey Power of Attorney under The Powers Of Attorney (Jersey) Law The full name and status of the donor is to be inserted in the document. The address of the donor must also be inserted. The place e.g. London, where the document was executed must be inserted. The date upon which the document was executed must be inserted. The donor must sign opposite the attestation clause in the presence of a witness who is not a party to the power of attorney. The witness must also sign the document and state his/her full name and address. A corporation may execute the power of attorney in the manner permitted by its articles of association or other internal regulations without further attestation. Any alteration to the document must be initialled by both the donor and the witness

By signing this Redemption Form, the undersigned confirms that where it has provided personal data relating to any third party individuals that it has informed such individuals that i. personal data relating to them has been disclosed to the Manager; ii. such personal data will be processed, disclosed and transferred by the Manager in the manner and for the purposes described in the privacy notice; iii. that this paragraph of the Redemption Form has been expressly brought to the attention of those individuals; In the case of joint investors, each investor is required to sign the Redemption Form so that the Manager can be satisfied that each of the joint investors is aware that their personal data will be processed as stated. In order to provide the services to the undersigned pursuant to this Redemption Form, the personal data may be transferred outside the EEA to jurisdictions where the laws may not provide the same level of protection for the undersigned's rights and freedoms in relation to the processing of personal data.
