3 III 1. REVOCATION OF PREVIOUS WILLS I, (ID.: ), unmarried, revoke all previous Wills and codicil s drawn up previously. I further declare this document to be my Will. (Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular shall include the plural, and words importing the masculine shall include the feminine, and vice versa.) 2. EXECUTOR AND ADMINISTRATORS 2.1. NOMINATION OF EXECUTOR I hereby appoint my (ID.: executor/executrix. ), as 2.2. ASSUMPTION I grant to my Executor/Executrix all powers and rights which may be allowed in law and specifically the power of assumption SECURITY I direct that no Executor/Executrix, and no assumed Executor/Executrix, shall be required to furnish security for the due performance of his/her duties, and that the Master of the Supreme Court shall dispense with such security EXECUTOR S POWERS In addition to the usual powers and rights conferred upon my Executor/Executrix in law, I specifically authorise my Executor/Executrix to do all or any of the following things: to borrow moneys with or without security, including the hypothecation of any movable or immovable property forming part of my estate, for the purpose of paying estate duty or other liabilities; to carry on business or other venture, either separately or jointly with others, in which I may be interested at the time of my death, and to enter into or continue any lease of any asset forming part of my estate, upon such terms and conditions as my Executor/Executrix may decide; to sell or realise any asset of my estate by private treaty or public auction and upon such terms and conditions as my Executor/Executrix may decide, and to postpone the selling or realisation of any such asset for as long as my Executor/Executrix may think fit. We specifically direct that my Executor/Executrix shall not be bound by provisions of Section 47 of the Administration of Estates Act 66 of 1965 as amended; TESTATRIX

4 IV in the sole discretion of my Executor/Executrix to pay or award my estate to any beneficiary entitled thereto in cash or in specie, or partly in cash and partly in specie, and, if applicable, to allocate assets between or among beneficiaries as my Executor/Executrix may decide. 3. APPOINTMENT OF HEIRS 3.1. I, I, (ID.: ), give and bequeath the whole of my estate, in equal shares by representation and per capita to: BENEFITS EXCLUDED FROM MARITAL POWER OR ACCRUAL I direct that any benefit accruing to any beneficiary in terms of this my will, and any profits accruing thereto, shall be specifically excluded from any community of property or accrual which may exist or come into existence between such beneficiary and any spouse, and in addition in the case of a female beneficiary, the marital power of any husband shall not apply in respect of any such benefit or profit. 5. COLLATION I direct that any assets received by my beneficiaries during my lifetime shall not be taken into account in the distribution of my estate. 6. GUARDIAN To the extent that I may lawfully be able to do so and after my death, I nominate and appoint (ID.: ), to be legal guardian of my children should they then be minors, during their minority.
