No changes to the fees from the original submission are included. Recommendation: The taff recommends adoption of the following resolution: REOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO AMENDING THE CITY' FEE CHEDULE (AMENDMENT NO FEE CHEDULE and 21.03) FICAL IMPACT: Approval of the recommendation to adopt the fee adjustments to City Council will help ensure that the City is recovering its cost of providing services. DICUION: To avoid confusion, the format of the schedule of Consolidated ldg & P/C New Construction Fees has been modified to reflect only the proposed fees for this year. The column titled "ase Fee", which was the fee in 2014, has been eliminated. The fees remain as they were presented to the Councilon June 20,2017. The Northwest Chico pecific Plan fee is to recover costs associated with specific plan and environmental clearance for the specific area. The fee was established under the authority of Government Code ection 64(a) and Resolution No The City Manager is directed to adjust the fee annually based on the percentage increase or decrease in the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index for an Francisco. Northwest Chico pecific Plan Fee-Residential will increase to 02 and for All Other Uses to 2,861 as previously reported. REOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO AMENDING THE CITY' FEE CHEDULE (AMENDMENT NO FEE CHEDULE: 21.02,21.03) WHEREA, the Council of the City of Chico, pursuant to general powers granted by ection 604 of the Charter of the City of Chico and the applicable provisions of the Chico Municipal Code, is authorized to determine and set by resolution, fees to be charged for various applications, permits, services and similar classifications; and WHEREA, according to udget Policy D.3 the City's fee schedule shall be brought to City Council for approval.
