13 Community-Wide Nebraska Immigration Legal Assistance Hotline (NILAH) Immigration Legal Assistance Services, Catholic Charities of Omaha Justice for Our Neighbors-Nebraska (JFON-NE) Lth Lutheran Family Services These 3 affiliates and their community partners used their existing collaboration to identify the need for a centralized intake system and developed a hotline through the help of a local funder 13

17 Using Technology Catholic Charities of Miami s Legal Services Currently using tablets at in-office kiosk to assist walk-ins applying for naturalization using CitizenshipWorks Hosting large naturalization workshops using many trained volunteers Hosting small workshops starting with orientation, tablets and quality review. Tablets linked to printers. Plans to use this model for other types of relief including expanded DACA and DAPA 17
