1 APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF NO CRIMINAL CONVICTION (CNCC) Applicants are to apply in person to CNCC Office, Blk D Police Cantonment Complex, #02-01A, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore between 9.00am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays). Applicants who are overseas may apply by post. All correspondences pertaining to CNCC are to be addressed to: Head Criminal Records, CID (CNCC), 391 New Bridge Road, Blk C Police Cantonment Complex, Singapore The application process takes about 2 weeks. The following requirements are to be fulfilled by all applicants: 1. This application form must be completed in full. 2. A set of applicant s fingerprint impressions must be submitted with the application. Applicants applying in person can be fingerprinted at CNCC office at the time of application. For application by post, the applicant must submit a set of his/her fingerprint impressions taken by a qualified Fingerprint Officer at a local Police Station of the country he/she is now residing. 3. Applicant must produce a current international passport at the time of application. Non- Singapore citizen applicants must furnish documentary proof for the period of stay in Singapore, i.e. arrival and departure endorsement on old/current passports or other relevant documents. Photocopies of the mentioned documents must be enclosed with the application form for all application by post. 4. Two recent passport size photographs (size 3.5cm x 3cm).[Instant photo machine is available outside CNCC office for your convenience. S$7 for 4 passport size photos.] 5. A fee of S$45.00 for each application submitted and collected in person. Fee for application by post is S$50.00 inclusive of postage. Payment for application by post is to be made via bank draft payable to Head Criminal Records CID. 6. Applicant must produce documentary proof from foreign immigration/government bodies or embassies to show proof that the certificate is required by such authority. 7. Applicants must declare that they have or have not been convicted of any criminal offences in Singapore. (i) I HAVE NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENCE DURING MY STAY IN SINGAPORE.
