1 Ryan Immigration Ltd generally charges fixed fees only as listed below. This fee scale details our fees for immigration advice and services. Fees will be known and agreed before work begins and will not change unless there is a change of circumstances in your case and hence the nature of work involved. You will be notified of such changes if they occur. Disbursements are not included in fees and are charged at cost - if and when they arise. Fixed fees must be paid before work can begin. Same-day applications incur an additional flat fee of 100 and availability is marked with an SD in our fee scale below. Dependants can be added to applications for an additional flat fee of 150 () each or 250 if turned 18 or as part of a PBS application - as indicated. Summary of markings: Same-day application 100 = SD Additional 150 = Dependants over 250 = O Should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through we charge for all work undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of 150. Our fees include: Telephone correspondence including to third parties. Consideration and preparation of applications with supporting documents. Disbursements that are agreed to upfront as part of the fixed fee. No hidden charges. You may need to lodge your own application which is particularly relevant for applications that need to be made outside of the UK. In any case, you will work with a dedicated adviser, applications and documents will be prepared and checked and we will answer any queries throughout. Our fees do not include: Disbursements e.g. translation costs, courier fees. Home Office/UKVI application fees. Value Added Tax (VAT) i.e. we do not charge VAT. Note: Our fees quoted below are our professional fees and exclude disbursements such as government fees, courier fees etc. Home Office fees vary depending on relevant category. The fees quoted in our fee scale are our professional/service fees and do not include UKVI/Home Office application fees. We accept British Pounds Sterling only. 3. On a case by case basis, additional costs may need to be incurred, which are not included in the above prices e.g. accountant fees; translation costs etc. We will notify you in advance or make it clear from the beginning - if possible, whether any additional services and hence fees will be/are needed/required. We have a policy to notify you in advance if this occurs, seeking agreement if disbursements will have to be paid in addition to our professional/service fees.
