28 Next Steps Urbana Police Follow-up meetings with council members, if requested Mayor Solicit recommendations from city council and staff for any further changes in city practices/policies to reduce racial disparities related to traffic stops NEXT STEPS Scheduling neighborhood meetings with African-American community in September and October Report back to City Council with recommendations and feedback 28
