13 Achievements Jordan is the home of the first refugees camp generated by Solar panels Total capacity 12.9 MW capacity, provide energy for 80,000 refugees Increase the supply of electrcity from 8 to 14 hours a day The plant helps UNHCR to save on average around 6 million US$ in electricity bills now I will be able to do the laundry during the day, rather than at night when it doesn t dry and we get sick from wearing wet clothes.
