BECAUSE I WAS RAISED IN WILL COUNTY, WORKED ETENSIVELY THROUGHOUT SOUTH COOK AND WILL AND RESIDE IN THE CITY, WHERE I HAVE BEEN A CITY PLANNER, I AM THE ONLY CANDIDATE IN THIS RACE THAT CAN RELATE AND HAS A FIRM UNDERSTANDING OF THE THREE SUB AREAS WITH 1CD AND THE REAL ECOMIC, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL CHALLENGES WE FACE.
