I, Anthony Martini am a Political Candidate for Prime Minister of Canada for However, CANADA and the Canadian Government are refusing to issue us any identifications for nearly 4 years now and CANADA is refusing to give us any Passports or Travel Documents to leave Canada. 2 CANADA has and still is refusing to allow both of us to work or pay taxes or collect taxes. CANADA has denied us any Medical Care which is free in Canada. CANADA is refusing us to work for over 4 years now. This persecution, Human Rights Abuse and physical torture has been going on for over 4 decades from Canada. I, Annette Martini am now 6 months Pregnant and Canada is refusing to give me FREE Medical. I, Annette Martini have to immediately leave Canada now but with no passport and no identifications I cannot leave Canada. I, Annette Martini was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and my Canadian Citizenship was illegally stripped away from me in 1998 when I met my husband Anthony Martini. I, Anthony Martini was born in Italy and sold to Canada when I was 4 years old. I lived in Canada a good part of my life and I was a Canadian but my Canadian Citizenship was illegally stripped away from me in 1985 when I witnessed 3 members of the RCMP Royal Canadian Mounted Police murdering an innocent person in Caracas, Venezuela. The 3 murderers were employed at the Canadian Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela. I never had a Passport since 1985 and Canada has refused to renew it, since then. Ambassador Sabine Sparwasser, the hospitals in Canada has REFUSED to treat myself, Annette Martini for my pregnancy including giving me an ULTRASOUND which is FREE IN CANADA. We both left Canada in 2002 and went to the United States of America where we were legally residing and in 2012 we were both kidnapped in the United States of America on orders of Canada. I, Anthony Martini was physical tortured by the American Government for nearly 1 full year on orders of OTTAWA, CANADA and the Previous Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper. Page 2-6

3 I, Anthony Martini and I, Annette Martini were forced back to Canada on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 against our will by orders of the previous Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada John Baird and by Canada. Since Wednesday, September 18, 2013 CANADA and the Province of Ontario has refused to issue us any Passports, Travel Documents, Driver s License, SIN Social Insurance Number (FEDERAL ID NUMBER), Photo ID, and even Health Coverage which is free in Canada. Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau has refused to issue both of us Emergency Travel Documents to leave Canada, even the Previous Canadian Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Immigration John McCallum and the previous Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Stéphane Dion all refused to issue us Emergency Travel Documents to leave Canada which makes us as Political Prisoners of Canada. This illegal Act and Criminal Act of denying both of us Identity Papers, Passports and Travel Documents is in violation of International Laws and Canadian Laws. ACCORDING TO THE UNITED NATIONS GUIDE-LINES MANY COUNTRIES BELIEVE THAT CANADA IS A SAFE COUNTRY, BUT CANADA IS NOT A SAFE COUNTRY. The hospitals in Canada has refused to treat myself, Anthony Martini, even though I was Physically Tortured by the United States, by orders of Ottawa, Canada. I, Annette Martini am now 6 Months Pregnant and I cannot get treated by any Doctors or Hospitals in Canada because Canada and the province of Ontario have refused to give us free medical coverage or any medical coverage. It is a miracle that I, Annette Martini became pregnant at my age and I, Annette Martini need to see an Obstetrician-Gynecologist for my pregnancy and ultrasound and I will never get that in Canada. I, Anthony Martini was told that I better learn fast on how to deliver our baby. CANADA AND THE PROVINCE OF ONTARIO WILL NEVER GIVE OUR BABY A BIRTH CERTIFICATE WHEN OUR BABY IS BORN. Page 3-6

4 It s been now 1,472 days fighting with OTTAWA, CANADA and the province of ONTARIO to give us Passports, Travel Documents to leave Canada and Identifications, Medical, Drivers Licenses, and a Photo ID and all of our hard efforts have failed because CANADA does NOT want me, Anthony Martini to create a Political Party or to become the next Prime Minister of Canada and the RCMP have tried so many times over the years to murder me. Previous Prime Ministers of Canada ordered many Political Assassinations on my life in the 90 s that made me disabled for life and I walk with a cane. I, Anthony Martini and I, Annette Martini have not had any kind of Identifications from Canada since 2002 and the United States since August We have both been Stateless for decades and the persecution has to end now but it will never end as long as we are both forced to remain in Canada against our will. Ambassador Sabine Sparwasser, if we could, we would travel to Ottawa to the German Embassy and declare EMERGENCY SANCTUARY, EMERGENCY REFUGE and ask the Country of Germany for EMERGENCY PROTECTION from Canada. However, it is not safe for myself, Anthony Martini or myself, Annette Martini to travel to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. However, we could travel to the Consulate General of Germany in Toronto, Canada and declare EMERGENCY SANCTUARY, EMERGENCY REFUGE. Ambassador Sabine Sparwasser, we need your Emergency Assistance and the Emergency assistance from the Country of Germany to permanently leave Canada. We need Emergency Travel Documents before it is too late.
