24 Successful education An important prerequisite for successful education management for immigrants on the local level is that all of the educational facilities receive reliable and comprehensive data on the language and educational competencies of the immigrants as soon as possible. 24

28 Provision of a home In Hessen, we agree that the market builds homes for everyone, regardless of whether they are locals or refugees. There are no extra housing construction programs for refugees. 28

29 Recommendations to the cities The diversity of religious and non-confessional communities in the cities is a major potential. A long-term dialogue between local authorities and Muslim representatives is very important. Civic commitment and a regular exchange between immigrants with the local population on a local level should be cultivated and steadily intensified. Health-promoting is important. Civic community initiatives to ensure the mobility of refugees and to provide information about behavior in traffic should be supported and complemented by targeted traffic safety and project work. Joint sports activities promote integration. 29
