FREEDOM OF INFORMATION Questions? Comparators: Jimmy Saville, Cyril Smith, Rotherham Child Sex Scandal, Slavery and Auschwitz When reading these questions, please recognise that they relate to ALL of the mentally ill patients, whose conditions are deliberately worsened by their doctors and Directors, for the sake of personal gains and profits, from we the Taxpayer. 1. What plans do you have in place, with due regards to getting my son back into society? 2. Why have I been banned from all of my son s ward rounds since May 2012? 3. Why have your Dr. McAnnallen and your Ms. McSharry both stated and claimed that they do not have the minutes for ALL of our 1 HOUR Meetings that have been regularly held on a monthly basis between May 2012 and December 2012? 4. Why didn t your Dr. McAnnallen and your Ms. McSharry tell me during our December 2012 meeting that my son s Tribunal was going to be held on 24 th January 2013? 5. Why didn t your Dr. McAnnallen and your Ms. McSharry tell me during our November 2012 meeting that my son s CPA was going to be held on 3 rd December 2012 and why did they not tell me that it had already been held during our December 2012 meeting? 6. Why haven t you given me a copy of my son s Care Plan? 7. You have said that my son has made many inappropriate sexual statements. Question, How would both your Dr. McAnnallen and you Ms. McSharry have been behaving, if either one of them were being forcibly denied sex, during their prime years? 8. Why on 3 rd December 2012 did your Dr. McAnnallen increase my son s Dopixal from 2,000 mgs per month to 2,400 mgs per month, despite the fact that he was repeatedly being of good behaviour throughout the month of November and December 2012 (n.b. my son rang me to say, What is the point of him behaving very well, if each time he is going to be sent to your isolation ward, with a guaranteed drugs increase? These acts/games of your hospital are not childish, but extremely frightening and dangerous! 9. Why are you not allowing my son to read or be provided with any books to help aid and stimulate his mind, in violation of the Human Rights Act, which clearly states that all persons are entitled to an education? 10. What Quit Smoking policies do you have in place at your hospital, as smoking is the only pastime that you the John Howard Centre is prepared to offer my son at this moment and time? 11. Where is my son s brand new television and DAB radio that I bought him, so that it will enable him to play the CJ s that I have recently bought him? 12. Why have you refused to give my son any coins from his allowances, so that he will be able to leave me an answerphone message, if I am unable to receive his call at that moment and time? 13. Why do you always choose to change my son s medication, when I have confirmed to you that I have both seen and heard a noticeable improvement with his recovery? (ref: question 8) At every monthly meeting you (i.e. Dr. McAnnallen) have read

out to me all of the monthly drug details that you have been giving to my son, from the paperwork you attend with. However, despite having and reading from the paperwork that you have always bought into our meetings, you have always refused to let me see the details for myself. You are hereby informed that this practice is no longer acceptable to me. From here on now, I must be allowed to see all of the details that you have written in these paperworks. Your constant refusal has been and is a constant violation of both my son s and my Human Rights. Furthermore, despite all of my son s repeated requests, you have told all of your staff, not to give or show me copies of his medical records, even when my son is alongside me. This was the exact same abusive conduct and behaviour which was regularly carried out by they of Goodmayes Hospital, which has resulted in you giving my son 20,805 mgs of combined drugs within 8 months (i.e. May 2013 and December 2013) 14. On 24 th January 2012, my son attended his Mental Health Tribunal in rags, which did have a devastating affect upon his confidence and self esteem. It is now very clear as per my son s appearance that his monies is being fraudulently stolen by your staff from all levels. Therefore, you Ms. McSharry s reassurances cannot be believed or accepted, especially during my son s months of zombie and stupor. On account of this, I do need to see all of my son s financial details, as a matter of great urgency, so as to protect him from even more fraudulent acts. Why are you still refusing to show me these details? 15. Prior to being admitted to your Naseberry Court, Goodmayes Hospital and your John Howard Centre, my son has never committed any sexual offence against any member of the general public, in any part of the world. Why has your Dr. McAnnallen now decided to brand my son as a sexual predator during his January 2013 MHT? 16. During the January 2013 MHT meeting, your Dr. McAnnallen informed all present that my son tested positive for taking a drug, that is not classified as an illegal substance. Why didn t your Dr. McAnnallen tell me that my son had taken a nonillegal substance, which he deems unacceptable during our November 2012 and December 2012 meetings? 17. Furthermore, in line with Question no. 13, Why are you once again planning to use my son as a GUINEA PIG by changing his medication today, when I can clearly hear that he has improved? 18. Why have you always refused to allow me to bring in any other outside visitor and or friend to see my son with me? 19. Why did your Ms. McSharry take it upon herself to cancel my son s Moyers Lodge, Leyton E10 accommodation, without first consulting with I, his father? 20. Why didn t you instruct Dr. McAnnallen to give me a full and proper written reply to all of my questions in my December 2012, January 2013 and February 2013 letters, before you returned from your holiday on 4 th March 2013? 21. Why have you the NHS continuously and repeatedly violated my son s Human Rights? 22. Why have you the NHS continuously and repeatedly violated my Human Rights? 23. Why did you choose not to carry out a full investigation into all of the very serious points raised in my 25 th March 2013 letter? 24. When are my monthly meetings with both your Dr. McAnnallen and your Ms. McSharry going to be resumed?

25. Why did your Dr. McAnnallen give my son over 20,805 mgs of dangerously combined drugs, between the months of May 2013 and December 2013? 26. Why has your Dr. McAnnallen been deliberately giving my son delusional drugs? 27. Why did your Goodmayes Hospital use a paralysing drug on my son? 28. Apart from being paid by you the NHS, how much has your Dr. McAnnallen received from other hospitals for using his patients as guinea pigs? 29. Apart from being paid by you the NHS, how much has your Dr. McAnnallen received from outside drug and pharmaceutical companies for using his patients as guinea pigs? 30. What was the full name of the nurse who took my son to the tattoo parlour? 31. What was the name of the telephone company who was supplying a service to your Goodmayes Hospital patients during the period of January 2012 to May 2012? 32. Why didn t you terminate the contract of the telephone company who was supplying a telephone service to your Goodmayes Hospital patients during the period of January 2012 and May 2012, especially during the 8 week period, when the patients were not able to make any calls to the police, their family members, loved ones and friends to inform them of the barbaric physical and mental abuse that they were suffering from your NHS staff? 33. Why didn t you terminate the contract of the telephone company who was supplying a service to your Goodmayes Hospital patients during the period of January 2012 and May 2012, especially during the 8 week period, whereby all of your vulnerable mentally ill patients were forced to share one stinking toilet, on account to the fact that your barbaric NHS staff members, totally refused to open up any other toilets during this period? 34. Why was your Goodmayes Hospital s telephones deliberately disconnected for 8 continuous weeks, between February 2012 and April 2012? 35. Why was the decision made on 28 th June 2011 to have my son detained under Section 3 of the Mental Health Act? 36. Who made the decision to have my son detained under Section 3 of the Mental Health Act? 37. Why did you prevent my pastors from meeting with my son on four different occasions between May 2013 and August 2013? 38. Why have you of PALS continuously chosen to mislead and deceive we the parents and carers, that you are acting in our best interest, when in fact, you are acting in the best interest of you PALS and NHS employees? 39. Why did your Dr. McAnnallen and your Ms. McSharry repeatedly and repetitively keep on asking me about the amounts of monies that I have in my bank accounts, when I have repeatedly told them that all matters pertaining to my personal life, are none of your NHS business? 40. Between January 2010 and December 2012, how many parents, were detained within your John Howard Centre, alongside their child/ren? 41. How many patients and carers have committed suicide within your John Howard Centre? 42. How many patients and carers have committed suicide within your Goodmayes Hospital? 43. How much does each bed cost per week 67. How much do you spend each week on medication for all of the mentally ill patients?

68. What was the total cost for all of the beds between January 2012 and December 2012? 69. What was the total cost of all of the medication between January 2012 and December 2012? 70. From January 2012 until November 2013, when did my son write to inform you that he doesn t want me or anyone to be involved with his financial records and or affairs? Furthermore, where are these letters? 71. From January 2012 until November 2013, when did my son write to inform you that he doesn t want me or anyone to be involved with his medical records and or affairs? Furthermore, where are these letters? 72. What plans and actions do you have in place to get my son into college, during the January 2014 period, as per my Waltham Forest brochures, which I have forwarded to you? 73. How many beds are there exactly throughout the John Howard Centre? 74. How many of these beds are occupied? 75. How many of these beds are unoccupied? 76. How many different buildings are there in the John Howard Centre? 77. Why during the last two years have both your John Howard Centre and they of Goodmayes Hospital banned both my son and I, from speaking with the parents of other patients? 78. Why are my son and I, not allowed to spend any external and independent quality time with each other? 79. When in between January 2012 and August 2012 did my son Olayemi Kehinde say that he did not want me to 80. When in between January 2012 and August 2012 did my son Olayemi Kehinde say that he did not want me to 81. What did you transfer my son to your Victoria Ward? 82. Between September 2013 and May 2014, I repeatedly requested that my son should be allowed to do any course at the Waltham Forest College, since their Travelling Course became cancelled. Why didn t you of the John Howard Centre allow him to do so? 83. Upon receiving copies of my son s medical report in September 2011, I was extremely horrified to find that you of the NHS had falsely, deceitfully and maliciously stated that I had raped my son Olayemi, just so that you could justify getting him Sectioned under the Mental Health Act on 28 th June 2011, which thus resulted in you drugging him up by 5 th July 2011 (within 7 days), before taking him to the tattoo parlour by cab and instructing the tattooist to put a very large office career destroying tattoo onto his face! If you the NHS truly believed in your vulgarly false, deceitful and malicious allegation, Why didn t you report me to the Metropolitan Police? NOTE: For the record, upon coming across this information, I personally went straight to the police, so as to clear my good name, before they the police reassured me that I had absolutely nothing to worry about or fear, as it was and is very clear that all of these allegations that had been made against me, are false, deceitful and malicious 84. For the last four and a half years, you of the NHS have been forcefully drugging up my son and his fellow patients! Whilst doing so, you informed both my son and all of his fellow patients, that they did not have any say or choices against your barbaric money making practices. In the same way that you were forcefully drug them, why

didn t you forcefully ban my son and all of his fellow patients from smoking, so that their bodies will become averse to nicotine? 85. Why have you denied my son of his right to a family life, in breach of Article 8 of the Human Rights Act, especially with due regards to a parental and fatherly son relationship. In addition to this fact, you have also clearly stated that you are entitled to interfere with my son s religious beliefs and physical well being? 86. Why have you denied my son of his right to an education in breach of Article 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, that states that all people from all nations are entitled to an Education? 87. In line with questions 43 to 53, during each individual month from January 2013 to 10 th November 2014, What medication have you been giving to my son, How long has he been on this/these medication and How long do you intend to continues with this medication? 88. In line with question 54 to 64, during each individual month from January 2013 to 10 th November 2014, How much has my son saved and how much does he currently have in his Savings Account(s)? 89. As of today 10 th November 2014, What plans have you got in place for my son s release back into society and why have you refused to allow me to be a part of his consultation, especially during his current ward rounds and CPA S? Note: if your child was in or going to school, hospital or university, you would expect a quick and swift reply, especially if they are claiming that they do have your child s best interest at heart! 90. Why was the Naseberry Court CCTV evidence of the nurse taking my son to the tattoo parlour and my son being given his passport to leave the hospital deleted within 14 days and not 30 days? 91. Your nurse had every opportunity to tell the tattooist that my son was being held under the Mental Health Act. Why did he instead, instruct the tattooist to BRAND my son s face with a very large office career destroying tattoo, so that he could become your NHS SLAVE/GUINEA PIG? 92. My son was transferred to your Woolfson House from the John Howard Centre, without my knowledge, consent or permission. At the same time, you of Woolfson House have decided that it is perfectly ok to put my son at risk to venture into areas such as Oxford Street, again without my knowledge, consent or permission, whilst knowing that you of the NHS have been forcefully imprisoning him for the last four years, without allowing him to spend any quality socially independent time with his family, friends or I, his father. Who has made this decision? 93. Many of your female patients are repeatedly kept in isolation, over-drugged and raped by many of your doctors and nurses, in line with your secret Program of Hate (some of whom are illegal immigrants). Why were they allowed to get away with it and how much did you of the NHS pay them to disappear, by way of a Compromise Agreement and or other type of payment? 94. Why on 29 th July 2012 did your Dr. McAnnallen try to kidnap me. Also, why on 26 th February 2015 did your Dr. Ali Ajaz try to kidnap me, whilst using my son s Care Plan as bait. Furthermore, till this date of 22 nd April 2015, I still haven t been given my son s Care Plan? 95. Why have your Dr. McAnnallen and your Dr. Ali Ajaz repeatedly refused to give me their GMC registration numbers?

96. In three years, my son has only been allowed to see I, his father, for just 3 days, despite living less than five miles away. Who has made this decision and Why? 97. Bearing in mind the dangerous side affects that are listed with all of the following listed drugs, why did your Dr. McAnnallen deem it necessary to give my son these drugs in a dangerous life threatening cocktail fashion (as per Questions 8, 13 & 25): Year 2012 Total Month Clopixal Haloparodol Diazapam Dopixal mgs July ,080 August 2, ,980 September 2, ,080 October 3, ,785 November 840 2,000 2,840 December 840 2,200 3,040 Total mgs ,200 20,805
