Furthermore, BitcoinFog's "support" is notoriously unhelpful, and in many cases does not respond to issues whatsoever, or does so in a completely useless way. Although many users have reported they've used BTC Fog without issue, proceed with EXTREME caution (or better, just use a different service). Note that at many points in history, some Fog transactions have taken several days or more to process, so patience is a virtue (although such delays do not exactly reflect well on the service). It is possible that many/most/all of the allegations of selective scamming are actually just long delays.
