3 PRESIDENTS' MESSAGE January 2011 With the New Year on us and all of the offices filled, let's have a good Model T'ing season. It is good to see that our new members have volunteered to chair or help with the committies. I have a co-president this time, thank you Dick Borton. This is a new experience for me. We have also split the duties of secretary. This may be a little confusing at first but all will work out. We have a busy year, with the Monroe Swap Meet coming up and some spring tours coming up. Speaking of tours, we will soon be getting out T's out of storage and ready for touring. There is a check list for those who need a list of items to do before getting on the road again. Let's have a good T'ing season and hope to see you at our next meeting. Co-President Dwaine Engler

4 December PSC Meeting Minutes 12/11/10 Harold Musolf called the final meeting of the year to order at Bob's Burger and Brew at 1:00 Saturday, December 11 th with 30 member present. Last months minutes were approved by a motion. Jerry Wrolstad moved to approve the minutes and Duane Costa seconded the motion. Randy Lyman attended the meeting. He has been a member but is coming back to attend the meetings welcome back Randy. Events: Jerry and Patty Wrolstad had nothing new to report. Jerry spoke on next years tours and what we can do to get more involvement. Safety: Duane Costa's report was have a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year. Web Site: Larry Mann reported he still needs more pictures of members and their cars. The web site is updated every month. Sunshine: JoAnne Costa reported that all members are healthy and doing fine. This is always good news. Swap Meet: Jerry reported we will keep our booths at the Monroe Swap Meet. It was brought up that if we can not get enough car parts we could sell other items at the meet. Editor: Walt Berdan was not at the meeting. He sent other clubs newsletters to be looked at by anyone who wanted them. Insurance & Rosters: Donna McGinnis was not in attendance. She sent extra rosters and next year's dues forms. Hospitality: Dick and Bev Borton had no news to report. Old Business: Dwaine Engler brought up that he could use some help with raffle prizes, Carole Mann offered to help. Program director Mike McGinnis left a message that he is looking for people with outside talents to share with the members. We have had some very interesting presentations by our members. New Business: The dreaded elections were first on the agenda. The following were decided upon. President Dwaine Engler and Dick Borton Vice President Larry Mann Secretary Steve and Diane Tomaso (south end) Joyce Arneson (north end) Treasurer Ann Musolf Thanks to all who volunteered for these positions for next year. We have a member who spoke up after much thought and said he would donate a lot of his inventory of extra car parts to the club if the club used the money to buy tools that would be useful to members to check out and use. This was turned over to the swap meet committee and there was a lot of discussion on this matter. There will be a report at our next meeting.
