GENERAL SERVICES To adopt a resolution establishing a time and place for a public hearing to consider Street Vacation Petition No. SV17-17, to vacate, abandon, discontinue and close the County s interest in a portion of the public rights-of-way known as Seaboard Avenue, Venice. 5. GENERAL SERVICES To approve a partial release and termination of permanent utility easement from Palmer Place, LLC. 6. GENERAL SERVICES A. To approve the fourth addendum to Contract No. 2017-236 with Cattleridge North, LLC to include a use restriction in the warranty deed, and authorize the County Administrator or his designee to execute the addendum; B. To approve the fourth addendum to Contract No. 2017-237 with Cattleridge North, LLC to include a use restriction in the warranty deed, and authorize the County Administrator or his designee to execute the addendum; C. To approve the Third Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Cattlemen Land Condominium providing for a reciprocal access between properties identified as 2825 Cattlemen Road, 6008 Cattleridge Blvd. and 6010 Cattleridge Blvd., located in Sarasota, and authorize the County Administrator or his designee to execute the amendment. 7. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES To adopt a resolution dissolving the Integrated Pest Management Advisory Board and repealing Resolution No. 2012-098. 8. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES A. To approve the funding recommendations of the Community Action Agency Board for Fiscal Year 2017, in the total amount of $183,387.00; B. To authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute a federally funded subgrant agreement modification with the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity for Community Services Block Grant funding, consistent with the form of Attachment 1, in the amount stated in Attachment 4, following review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney; C. To authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute a federally funded subcontractor agreement amendments for Community Services Block Grant funding, consistent with the form of Attachment 2, with the listed agencies and amounts stated in Attachment 4, following review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney; D. To authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute a federally funded subcontractor agreement for Community Services Block Grant funding, consistent with the form of Attachment 3, with the listed agency and amount stated in Attachment 4, following review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney. 9. OFFICE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT A. To approve Amendment No. 6 to Contract No. 2014-355 with Shinn & Company LLC in a joint venture with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP for annual independent auditing services, to expand the scope of professional services, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount for the first renewal term from $361,850.00 to $366,350.00; B. To execute an engagement letter with Shinn & Company LLC in a joint venture with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, authorizing preparation of a bond consent letter. 10. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To authorize processing privately initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 2017-H, revising the Future Land Use Map from Moderate Density Residential to Office/Multi- Family Residential for approximately 48 acres located on the south side of East Venice Avenue and east of Jacaranda Boulevard, Venice, prior to the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Amendment cycle.

PUBLIC UTILITIES To approve Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 2016-297 with Wholesale Landscape Supply, Inc., dba Big Earth Landscape Supply, for the supply and delivery of aggregate materials, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount from $1,200,000.00 to $1,700,000.00. 12. PUBLIC UTILITIES To approve a construction contract with TLC Diversified, Inc. for the Lockwood Ridge booster pump station project, in an amount not to exceed $620,115.00. 13. PUBLIC UTILITIES To approve Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 2009-147 with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for additional design and construction phase services for the Dona Bay Environmental Restoration Project, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount from $2,297,108.00 to $2,476,513.00. 14. PUBLIC WORKS To appoint Ed Andrews to serve a three-year term on the Waterways Advisory Council, effective through November 2020. 15. PUBLIC WORKS To approve a license agreement with the City of Venice for improvements to an East Venice Avenue median. 16. PUBLIC WORKS To adopt a resolution to install multi-way stop signs at the intersection of Commonwealth Drive and Venice Lane, Sarasota. (Traffic Advisory Council recommended approval.) 17. SARASOTA COUNTY AREA TRANSIT To authorize the disposal of one 2011 Chevrolet-Champion bus, Asset No. 30003604, and to move the bus to a disposed of status in the Fixed and Moveable Asset Detail Inventory. 18. CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COUNTY COMPTROLLER To ratify and approve the warrants dated October 23 through November 03, 2017, in the amount of $26,743,596.10, as detailed in the voucher packages filed in the Finance Department. 19. CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COUNTY COMPTROLLER To approve the minutes of the meetings dated October 31 and November 1, 2017. DISCUSSION SECTION: 20. PARKS, RECREATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES Presentation of the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Oversight Committee 2017 Annual Report. 21. PARKS, RECREATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES To adopt a resolution adopting the Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Facility Use Guidelines and General Pricing Plan to adjust prices and add services, repealing Resolution Nos. 2012-023 and 2014-144.

To adopt a resolution amending the Sarasota County Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program (Resolution No. 2017-129) to add the 162 Beach Road - Neighborhood Parkland Site as Project No. 85641; B. To adopt a resolution, Budget Amendment No. B2018-003, amending the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget to appropriate funding for the 162 Beach Road - Neighborhood Parkland Site, in the amount of $1,461,500.00; C. To adopt a resolution authorizing the acquisition of approximately 0.18 acres of real property located at 162 Beach Road, Siesta Key, from Ronald G. and Sania Allen, in the amount of $1,400,000.00, authorizing the execution of the contract for sale and purchase and authorizing the County Administrator, or designee, to execute all due diligence and documents to complete the transaction and modify time limits and closing date. 23. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT To approve a request by the Sarasota County Film and Entertainment Office, on behalf of EO Integration, LLC, for reimbursement of qualifying production or post-production expenses in excess of the Film, Television, Media Production/Post Production Rebate Incentive cap of $25,000.00, for a total reimbursement not to exceed $80,000.00, for film project Bullfighter on the Green.
