Initially nomads came without consultation. 4 Jan 2013, meeting between nomads and Abiemnom county authorities, agreed on pertinent issues. Another meeting was due on 11 Jan, cancelled due to the Misseryia traders killing on 9 Jan in the border between Mayom and Abiemnom County. Misseryias asked for another schedule. Misseryia, Baggara and Fellata are at border at Pariang County. Misseryia traders are still trading in Mayom County (2-year agreement) Possible revenge by Misseryia, likely in reverse migration. In the border with Pariang County, some nomads are with military uniform and with heavy caliber weapons. Nomads encroaching cultivated land of 5 locals.

Attack on Kiir Adem on 26 Dec 2012, alleged involvement of some Reizigat with SAF SPLA withdrawal from Mile 14 area likely to be completed by 5 Feb. Local population are still willing to accept migration. Likely to have meeting with Reizigat, Misseryia and the host community in mid-february. Reizigat Chief Nazir reiterated their noninvolvement in the attack on Kiir Adem. Locals within Mile 14 area without SPLA protection perceived to come under threat by nomads.
