OFC Chair, Senator Nisbett informs the senate and gallery that funding recommendations will be up next meeting in bill format. September 15 th A&S workshop will take place. She will be present at the rattler round up to teach organizations and clubs how to get funding. c. Elections and Appointments Committee i. E&A Chair, Senator Sawyer informs the Senate and gallery committee is moving swiftly with confirming the candidates d. Student Relations Committee i. SRC, Chair Senator Hamilton informs everyone committee met yesterday. The committee will be sponsoring a Ice Cream Meet & Green on Sept 19 th, sit-in at the BOT, town hall meeting Sept. 12 th with the E-branch. e. IDSC- no report at this time. f. Judicial and Rules i. Judicial and Rules first meeting this week and Senator Anderson is the Vice Chair for the 2016-2017 academic year. g. Senate Executive Committee i. Senate Pro. Temp Webster informs the first meeting sometime next week wanted to ensure committees were set up first. H. Executive/ Judicial Branch Reports a. E-branch( Trustee Smith & VP Ellis) i. SGA Vice President Ellis informs the senate and gallery guest on Homecoming. The homecoming this year will be: A Different Rattler World.

i. Sun. The Coronation of Mr. &Miss FAMU. ii. Mon. The Royal Luncheon, Housing Step Show. iii. Tues. The Comedy Show. iv. Wed. SGA Taste of a Rattler, Hoops and Hip- Hop an artist will be present. v. FAMU Funk Fest (FAMU Concert), discounted tickets for concert and student package. vii. Sat. Parade, Game, Gospel Concern. b.
