Discussion and possible action regarding approval of the monthly reports from the County Treasurer for month ending April 30, 2018 and recording in the minutes of the court: a. Discussion and possible action regarding signing the 2018 Load Management Measurement Customer Agreement between Entergy and Orange County. (Dean Crooks, County Judge) 4. Discussion and possible action regarding payment of bills approved by the County Auditor as per attested listings and also specifically as follows: (Pennee Schmitt, Auditor) 5. Discussion and possible action for the Orange County Sheriff s Office and Orange County to amend the Interlocal Cooperation Contract with Spindletop Center for the purpose of funding a Mental Health Liaison Deputy that was entered into on May 22, 2018. The agreement is being amended to include the $132,000 to be awarded by Spindletop to Orange County for the current fiscal year, and to change the term of the agreement to commence on May 1, 2018. The agreement will automatically renew on September 1 of each year unless either party chooses to terminate the Agreement. This Agreement is 100% funded by Spindletop Center for supplying law enforcement services, including salaries, benefits, deferred liabilities, training, equipment, vehicle fuel and any additional expenses the County may incur in providing the services of the Mental Health Deputy for the term of the Agreement. Action by the court shall include approval for Orange County Judge or Judge Pro Tem to execute the same. (Keith Merritt, Sheriff) 6. Discussion and possible action adopting a special budget of $132,000 for grant funding awarded by Spindletop Center to the County of Orange for the purpose of funding a mental health liaison program through August 31, 2018, that automatically renews on September 1, 2018.
