The Authority has started discussion about activities to offer at Rueter-Hess Reservoir. 9. CITY MANAGER S REPORT City Manager Van Wormer: Distributed the DRAFT PaRC Plan to City Council. Logan Simpson will give a presentation at the April 11 th Meeting. Reminded everyone about the Partnership of Douglas County Governments Meeting on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at 7:30 a.m. at the Lone Tree Arts Center. The 95 th Annual Colorado Municipal League Conference will be in Breckenridge, June 20 through June 23, 2017. Staff is planning an Electronic Messaging Boards discussion for the March 28 th Meeting. Anticipate Nolte Vertical 5 will present preliminary plans for Gateway Improvements at the March 28 th Meeting. Douglas County Managers received a presentation from the Douglas County School District about current and future needs and funding and the potential of a ballot question in 2018.
