The JEC is mstly grievance related Barry adds n t say that students and thus clubs can file grievances against student gvernment and that he wuld assume that prfessinal cnduct wuld include smene wh has a strng cnnectin abstaining in a vting prcess Jay says that he desn t think that invlvement in clubs is a precursr t bias. He believes that instead, a candidate s qualities shuld be scrutinized.
