ARTICLE I. THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION

CONSTITUTION OF THE ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY OF EISENHOWER HIGH SCHOOL PREAMBLE: We, the Students of Eisenhower High School, for the purpose of forming a more perfect alliance, to advance our individual and civic interests, to insure for ourselves the rewards derived from working together towards a common goal; do hereby establish the Associated Student Body of Eisenhower High School. ARTICLE I NAME, COLORS AND MASCOT This organization shall be known as the Associated Student Body of Dwight David Eisenhower High School. The official colors of the school shall be green, white and gold. The official mascot shall be the eagle, and the official nickname shall be the Eagles. ARTICLE II MEMBERSHIP The members of the Associated Student Body of Eisenhower High School shall include all students in good standing and the certificated and classified staff. Good standing shall be determined by the administration. Only Associated Student Body (A.S.B.) members of Eisenhower High School and their authorized guests shall participate in Eisenhower High School activities. A.S.B. members of Eisenhower High School who violate school policies shall be subject to disciplinary action by the administration, including suspension and/or loss of A.S.B. membership privileges. ARTICLE III POWERS This organization shall have the authority and power, through its elected and appointed officers, to develop policies, adopt a budget, organize social activities, raise funds to support athletics and other A.S.B. activities, insure the proper administration of the funds of other student clubs and organizations, conduct elections, and such other powers as are necessary to implement this constitution. All policies and recommendations of the Eisenhower High School Student Council shall be submitted to the Principal and Assistant Principal/Director of Activities for examination. The Principal shall have full power to approve or veto all or specific parts of the policies and recommendations. - 1 -

All policies and actions must be in conformance with the laws of the State of California, the policies of the Board of Trustees of the Rialto Unified School District, and the California Education Code. ARTICLE IV GOVERNING BODY The Student Council shall be the governing body of the Associated Student Body. The Student Council shall consist of those elective, appointive, and special officers as specified in this article. Student Council officers shall be elected in accordance with the regulations set forth by this Constitution and the Election Code. The elective offices of the Student Council shall be: 1) A.S.B. President 2) A.S.B. Vice-President 3) A.S.B. Secretary 4) A.S.B. Treasurer 5) Student Representative to the Board of Education 6) Senior Class President 7) Senior Class Vice-President 8) Senior Secretary 9) Senior Treasurer 10) Junior Class President 11) Junior Class Vice-President 12) Junior Class Secretary 13) Junior Class Treasurer 14) Sophomore Class President 15) Sophomore Class Vice-President 16) Sophomore Class Secretary 17) Sophomore Class Treasurer Class Councils will be formed by class officers to assist in decision making and planning. These Councils shall be composed of the appropriate grade level representatives who also serve in the House of Representatives. The appointive offices to the Student Council shall consist of: 1) Freshman Class President 2) Freshman Class Vice-President 3) Freshman Class Secretary 4) Freshman Class Treasurer And also appointed are the following Directorships: 1) Director of Noontime Activities 2) Director of Publicity 3) Director of Fundraising 4) Director of Assemblies 5) Director of Community Service - 2 -

Each candidate for appointive office shall be interviewed by a committee consisting of a panel selected by the Student Council Advisor. The committee shall propose a slate of officers to the incoming-voting members. The committee shall present alternate selections as may be necessary. The incoming elected voting members shall ratify the committee s selections individually. If any selection is not ratified, the Student Council shall vote on the alternate selections. All eligibility requirements and internal functions of the Student Council shall be set forth in the By-Laws of the Student Council. ARTICLE V DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A.S.B. OFFICERS President It shall be the duty of the President to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Serve as the chief student executive officer of Eisenhower High School. 2) Preside at all Student Council meetings. In order to permit other council members to gain experience, the President may select Council members to preside at designated times. During the meeting the President shall have the power to vote in the case of a tie on the Student Council floor. The President shall also have the power to veto any action or any actions made by the Student Council which he feels would not be profitable to the general welfare of the Eisenhower High School A.S.B. Such a veto may be overridden by a two-thirds vote of the Student Council. 3) Collect information for the agenda for each council meeting. 4) Represent Eisenhower High School whenever necessary. 5) Supervise all committee work. 6) Maintain at least a four (4) period day on campus. Vice-President It shall be the duty of the Vice-President to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: Assume the duties of the President in the absence or the removal of the President. 1) Serve as Speaker of the House of Representatives and preside at all House Meetings. 2) Maintain and improve the condition of the campus and plan campaigns that lead to the promotion of the same. 3) Act as coordinator between clubs, the Student Council, the House of Representatives, and the administration. 4) Preside at all Inter-Club Council and House of Representatives meetings. 5) Represent all school clubs at the Student Council meetings. 6) Submit all activity requests to the Student Council for approval. 7) Attend all School Site Council Meetings. Secretary It shall be the duty of the Secretary to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Be reasonably proficient in word processing/typing (demonstration required prior to election.) 2) Keep an accurate and complete record of the Student Council meetings. 3) Prepare copies of the minutes for distribution in Student Council meetings. 4) Furnish a copy of the minutes to the administration following each meeting. 5) Perform all duties relative to correspondence. Treasurer It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: - 4 -

1) Plan and direct the budget of Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body. 2) Submit to the Student Council all purchase orders for their approval or disapproval. 3) Sign all approved purchase orders. 4) Be constantly informed and have information available about the financial status of the Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body. 5) Be involved with all projects relating to the raising of funds for the Associated Student Body as a whole. 6) Prepare reports for all A.S.B. fundraising projects. ARTICLE VI DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF APPOINTIVE OFFICERS AND STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION Director of Activities It shall be the duty of the Director of Activities to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and the staff, and to: 1) Supervise and coordinate all Eisenhower High School social functions, such as dances, intermurals and lunch activities. 2) Publish a listing of school activities on a regular basis. 3) Be an ex-officio member of the House of Representatives. Director of Athletics It shall be the duty of the Director of Athletics to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Serve on the Athletic Council. 2) Represent athletics on the Student Council. 3) Promote better understanding between coaches and athletes. 4) Serve as liaison between the Athletic Council and Student Council. 5) Assist the Director of Publicity. Director of Fine Arts It shall be the duty of the Director of Fine Arts to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the Administration and staff, and to: 1) Promote high ideals of achievement among the students in the Fine Arts programs. 2) Plan and coordinate all fine arts activities in conjunction with the Student Council and the administration. 3) Assist the Director of Publicity. - 5 -

Section 5: Section 6: Director of Pep and Assemblies It shall be the duty of the Director of Pep and Assemblies to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Serve as mediator between the Pep Squad and the Student Council. 2) Plan and coordinate all pep rallies of EHS in conjunction with the Pep Squad. 3) Be in charge of promoting enthusiasm and spirit throughout the school. 4) Plan and coordinate all assemblies. Director of Publicity and Public Relations It shall be the duty of the Director of Publicity and Public Relations to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Maintain and keep current the Baseline Sign and any message boards. 2) Plan and coordinate activities between the A.S.B./Student Council in order to maintain good student-staff relations at EHS. 3) Demonstrate poster proficiency prior to appointment. 4) Supervise all publicity for Student Council events, which includes informing local publications and radio and television stations of upcoming events. Provide publicity for all A.S.B. activities. 5) Inform school clubs and organizations of procedures for better publicity. 6) Develop procedures to guarantee periodic changing of messages on bulletin boards situated on the campus. 7) Work with the Principal to set standards for publicity. Student Representative to the Board of Education It shall be the duty of the Student Board Representative to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Attend regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Education of the Rialto Unified School District, and to present a detailed, written or oral, report of the agenda to the Student Council. 2) Serve as liaison between the Board and the Student Council. 3) Coordinate the District Student Advisory Committee (DSAC) representatives and assist the A.S.B. Advisory in their selection; supervise committee members representing Eisenhower High School. 4) Attend regularly scheduled DSAC meeting and make reports of these meetings to the Student Council. 5) Supervise all school elections. 6) Act as Parliamentarian. 7) Assume the title and function of Speaker Pro-Tem of the House of Representatives and execute the powers of A.S.B. Vice-President in his/her absence. 8) Act as liaison between the House of Representatives and DSAC. - 6 -

ARTICLE VII DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLASS OFFICERS Section 5: Senior Class President It shall be the duty of the President of the senior class to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Act as a coordinator between the senior class and Student Council. 2) Preside over all senior class meetings. 3) Serve as the executive officer in charge of all class activities. 4) Direct the planning of the Senior Prom Junior Class President It shall be the duty of the President of the junior class to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Act as a coordinator between the junior class and the Student Council. 2) Preside overt all junior class meetings. 3) Serve as the executive officer in charge of all class activities. 4) Coordinate and plan Football Homecoming Dance. 5) Coordinate and plan Football Homecoming Half-time Activities. Sophomore Class President - It shall be the duty of the President of the sophomore class to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Act as a coordinator between the sophomore class and Student Council. 2) Preside at all sophomore class meetings. 3) Serve as the executive officer in charge of all class activities. 4) Coordinate and plan the Talent Show. Freshman Class President - It shall be the duty of the President of the freshman class to represent the students of EHS, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Act as a coordinator between the freshman class and Student Council. 2) Preside at all freshman class meetings and unify the freshman class. 3) Serve as the executive officer in charge of all class activities. 4) Work with the Sophomore Class to plan and coordinate the annual talent show. Class Vice-Presidents It shall be the duty of the class Vice-Presidents of the senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman classes to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Represent their respective classes in the Student Council. 2) Assist their respective class Presidents with their duties. 3) Be involved with all projects to raise funds for their respective classes. 4) Help organize their respective class activities. 5) Attend all School Site Council Meetings. - 7 -

Section 6: Section 7: Class Secretaries It shall be the duty of the Secretaries of the senior, junior, sophomore and freshman classes to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Keep an accurate and complete record of all class council and class meetings. 2) Perform all duties relative to correspondence. 3) Help organize their respective class activities. Class Treasurers It shall be the duty of the Treasurers of the senior, junior, sophomore and freshman classes to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to: 1) Plan and direct the budget of their respective classes. 2) Submit to the A.S.B. financial secretary all class purchase orders for their approval. 3) Be constantly informed and have information available about the financial status of their respective classes. 4) Be involved with all projects relating to the raising of funds for their respective classes. 5) Prepare reports for all class fundraising projects. ARTICLE VIII DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF OPTIONAL SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES School Annual Representative It shall be the duty of the School Annual Representative to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to represent the school annual in the Student Council as a non-voting member. School Newspaper Representative - It shall be the duty of the School Annual Representative to represent the students of Eisenhower High School, to cooperate with the administration and staff, and to represent the school newspaper in the Student Council as a non-voting member. ARTICLE IX ELIGIBILITY Candidates for all elective Associated Student Body offices shall obtain four (4) previous or present teacher signatures, present counselor signature, a charge clearance, and an administrator signature (discipline), on their Intentto-Run form. Any person who desires to run for an elected position and also be considered for a directorship should they not get elected, must declare which directorship they desire on their intent to run form and submit that form on the due date prior to elections Each of these candidates must pass an interview with the A.S.B. Advisor and the outgoing A.S.B. President, Vice-president, Secretary and Treasurer in order to run for one of these positions. The following A.S.B. offices may be held only by seniors: - 8 -

1) President 2) Vice-President The following ASB offices may be held by juniors or seniors: 3) Secretary 4) Treasurer Section 5: All class officers must be members of their respective classes. The following offices may be held by either juniors or seniors: 1) Student Representative to the Board of Education 2) All appointive offices All students of Eisenhower High School in good standing, complying with the above requirements, shall be eligible for an Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body office. ARTICLE X NOMINATIONS Nominations for Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body offices shall be made by completing an Intent-to-Run form. Methods of implementing the nomination procedures are set forth in the Election Code. ARTICLE XI ELECTIONS Section 5: Section 6: Section 7: The general election of Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body officers shall be held no later than the end of May. Freshmen elections shall be held no later than the first week of October. The election of A.S.B. officers shall be by secret ballot. The Student Representatives to the Board of Education shall supervise the election and the counting of ballots. Methods of implementing the A.S.B. elections are set forth in the Election Code. The Election Code shall be in compliance with the Associated Student Body Constitution and By-Laws of Eisenhower High School. The Election Code may be amended by a two-third (2/3) majority vote of the Student Council and the approval of the Principal or Assistant Principal. ARTICLE XII TERM OF OFFICE The term of office for all officers of the Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body shall be one (1) school year. The term of office for all representatives to the House of Representatives shall be one (1) semester. - 9 -

ARTICLE XIII INSTALLATION Installation of new officers, excluding the incoming class, shall be held no later than the first week of the fall semester. The oath of office shall be administered by the Principal or his designated representative, and shall read as follows: Do you hereby solemnly pledge to do everything in your power to uphold that which is right to promote the welfare of Eisenhower High School and its citizens? ARTICLE XIV DISQUALIFICATION, IMPEACHMENT AND REMOVAL Section 5: Section 6: Any Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body officer or class officer may be disqualified and removed from office for any of the following reasons: 1) Failure to maintain at least a 2.50 grade point average during tenure in office. 2) An F grade during tenure in office. 3) Failure to perform his/her duties as a representative of the students of Eisenhower High School and a member of Student Council. 4) Unbecoming conduct. 5) Ten (10) or more absences per semester in Student Government class. 6) Failure to maintain five (5) classes, including two (2) academic classes, during tenure in office. Impeachment charges may be brought against any member of Student Council by any two (2) staff members, any two (2) administrators or by a twothird (2/3) majority vote of the voting Student Council members. A Judiciary Committee, whose duties are stated in the By-Laws of this Constitution, will review the impeachment charges and the evidence submitted to support the charges. The Judiciary Committee shall consist of the A.S.B. President, A.S.B. Vice- President, Senior Class President, Junior Class President, Sophomore Class President, and the Freshman Class President. The Student Representative to the Board of Education shall serve as an alternate, and shall become a member in the event of the absence of a regular member, or in the event that one of the members is the plaintiff or the defendant. Charges against only one (1) member shall be reviewed at one time. The accused member shall be removed from office by a two-third (2/3) vote of the Judiciary Committee and the approval of the administration. - 10 -

ARTICLE XV VACANCIES All vacancies of Associated Student Body offices will be filled by Student Council appointment, with the approval of the Advisor, within ten (10) days after the vacancy occurs. This appointment is for the un-expired term of office. In the event that the office of President becomes vacant, the Vice-President shall succeed to the office of President and assume the duties of that office. Any vacancies in class officer positions may be filled by appointment at the discretion of the remaining officers and the class advisor. The Vice-President shall become President. ARTICLE XVI MEETINGS Meetings of the Student Council shall be held during the regular school day in an accredited class. All meetings shall pertain to Eisenhower High School activities and concerns. All meetings shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order. ARTICLE XVII QUORUM A quorum shall consist of a majority of the elective and appointive Student Council members constitutionally qualified to vote. The absence of a quorum may be questioned by any voting Student Council member or the A.S.B. Advisor. ARTICLE XVIII AWARDS All Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body awards, including sports, scholastic, music, speech and drama, shall be governed by the Awards Code of the Eisenhower High School Associated Student body. The Awards Code shall be in compliance with this Constitution. To be eligible for Associated Student Body awards, recipients must possess a valid A.S.B. card. The Awards Code may be amended by a two-third (2/3) vote of the Student Council and the House of Representatives. ARTICLE XIX HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES The auxiliary governing body of this organization shall be the House of Representatives. The purpose of the House shall be to serve as liaison between the Associated Student Body and the Student Council. The House shall work to improve student welfare by: - 11 -

1) Using suggestions of the administration, staff, and students, and by passing any measure (except Purchase Orders and Activity Requests) pertaining to the student government of Eisenhower High School. 2) Reviewing actions of the Student Council if so requested by a member of the House. Section 5: Section 6: Section 7: The House shall elect the following officers from members of the House: 1) Secretary shall keep minutes of the proceedings of the House of Representatives. These minutes shall be typed and a copy shall be filed in the Associated Student Body office. 2) Sergeant-at-Arms shall assist the presiding officer of the House in maintaining order during the meetings. The members of the House of Representatives shall be elected in social science or English classes or as designated by the Student Council. 1) Each representative shall represent the class from which they were elected, and shall conform to school district eligibility requirements. Each representative shall also serve on their respective class councils. 2) The election of representatives shall be semesterly, and shall be held no later than three (3) weeks after the beginning of each semester. 3) The teacher of each class shall supervise the elections of representatives. 4) Members of the Student Council shall not hold dual memberships in the House and Council, except as provided for by this Constitution. All rules pertaining to the internal functions of the House shall be determined by the House. The House of Representatives relationship with the Student Council is as follows: 1) All measures passed by the House or Student Council may be vetoed by a two-third (2/3) vote of the other body. Vetoes must be accompanied by a written statement presenting the reason for disapproval. 2) A veto by either body may be overridden by a three-fourths (3/4) vote of the originating organization. The House shall first convene no later than the first week of October. ARTICLE XX ANCILLARY ORGANIZATIONS Inter-Club Council 1) The Inter-Club Council (I.C.C.) shall be composed of a representative of each club and organization recognized by the Eisenhower High School Associated Student Body. 2) The I.C.C. shall maintain a Club Policy Code and shall coordinate all club fundraising projects, service projects, and activities according to the Handbook for Student Clubs and Organizations. ARTICLE XXI RULES 1) The Pep Squad By-Laws shall determine the composition, selection, and the regulation of the Pep Squad and its members. 2) The Pep Squad By-Laws may be amended by the Pep Squad Council as designated within the By-Laws. This Constitution shall not conflict with the policies of the Rialto Unified School District or Eisenhower High School. Actions of the Student Council and the House of Representatives shall, in all cases, be in accordance with these policies, and shall be subject to administrative veto consistent with the California Education Code. Class constitutions and constitutions and charters of clubs and organizations shall in now way conflict with this Constitution. ARTICLE XXII AMENDMENTS A two-third (2/3) vote of either the voting members of the Student Council or the House of Representatives may propose an amendment to this Constitution. A two-third (2/3) vote of the opposite body is required for ratification of the amendment. Initiative amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by petition of the members of the Associated Student Body. A petition with signatures totaling twenty percent (20%) of each of the classes (senior, junior, sophomore, and freshman) may propose an amendment to this Constitution. BY-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY CONSTITUTION ARTICLE I GOVERNING BODY The governing body of the students of Eisenhower High School is the Student Council. ARTICLE II OBJECTIVE The objective of the Student Council shall be to serve the interests of the Associated Student Body. ARTICLE III MEMBERS The members of Student Council shall consist of all of the elected and appointed Associated Student Body officers, class officers, and special officers. All elective, appointive, and special officers that comprise the Student Council shall be required to enroll in and be a regular member of the student leadership class. Members shall be in good standing with the administration and staff of Eisenhower High School. 1) Good standing precludes suspensions and other serious disciplinary action by school officials. All members of Student Council, elected, appointed, and at-large members, shall conform to the following standards: 1) Members of Student Council and candidates for Student Council offices shall have a 2.50 Grade Point Average (G.P.A.) with no failing grades. This G.P.A. shall be verified quarterly by the A.S.B. advisor, using the official records of the recorder. 2) In the event that a current Student Council member falls below a 2.50 G.P.A., but remains above the Rialto Unified School District extracurricular requirement of 2.00 G.P.A., and has no failing grades, that member shall be placed on academic probation for the ensuing quarter. If the G.P.A. has not reached a 2.50 level for a second consecutive quarter, the member shall be impeached and disqualified. 3) Any Student Council member who falls below the District s 2.00 G.P.A. extra-curricular requirement, shall be suspended from office until the grades are posted for the next quarter. If, at that time, the G.P.A. is not at 2.50, the member shall be impeached and disqualified. 4) Any Student Council member receiving a failing grade shall be suspended from office until the grades are posted for the ensuing quarter. If the grade remains unchanged, or if another failing grade is received this school year, the member shall be impeached and disqualified. ARTICLE IV JUDICIARY COMMITTEE It shall be the duty of the Judiciary Committee to interpret and decide all - 1 -

questions related to the Associated Student Constitution, the By-Laws, the Election Code, and the impeachment and removal procedures. The following shall be the procedure for bringing all questions before the Judiciary Committee: 1) A written detailed request shall be submitted describing the matter in question. 2) The detailed request shall be formally presented to the Judiciary Committee. Any decisions by the Judiciary Committee concerning the Associated Student Body Constitution, the By-Laws, the Election Code, the Awards Code, and Impeachment and Removal are final, subject only to administrative veto. ARTICLE V MEETINGS Regular meetings shall be held on Tuesday and Thursday of each week during the school year. Special meetings shall be called and set by the Associated Student Body President as deemed necessary. A quorum shall consist of a simple majority of the voting members of Student Council. The order of business for Student Council meetings shall be as follows: 1) Call to order 2) Flag salute 3) Invocation 4) Roll Call (to be taken by the A.S.B. Vice-President) 5) Minutes of the last meeting (read by the A.S.B. Secretary) 6) Class Officer Reports 7) Committee Reports 8) Consideration of Activity Request (submitted by the A.S.B. Vice- President) 9) Consideration of Purchase Order Requests (submitted by the A.S.B. Treasurer) 10) Old Business 11) New Business 12) Announcements 13) Adjournment In the absence of the A.S.B. President, the presiding officer will be determined by the following line of succession: 1) A.S.B. Vice-President 2) Student Representative to the Board of Education 3) A.S.B. Treasurer 4) A.S.B. ARTICLE VI EXECUTIVE BOARD The A.S.B. President shall have the power to establish an Executive Board. The Executive Board shall consist of: 1) A.S.B. President 2) A.S.B. Vice-President 3) Class Presidents It shall be the duty of the Executive Board to discuss items on the Student Council agenda or any other matters the Board wishes to discuss in a closed session. This meeting shall be for discussion purposes only, and no formal vote shall be taken. The Executive Board shall meet at the request of the A.S.B. President. ARTICLE VII STANDING COMMITTEES The A.S.B. President may establish Standing Committees for Student Council as he deems necessary. A Standing Committee shall be a committee established by the A.S.B. President, and shall be active for the entire year. ARTICLE VIII PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY Parliamentary authority shall be Robert s Rules of Order, and shall be enforced by the Student Representative to the Board of Education. In the absence of the Student Representative to the Board, the A.S.B. President shall appoint a temporary parliamentarian for that meeting. ARTICLE IX ELECTIONS All elections will be held in classes or in a manner prescribed by the Student Council pending administrative approval. ARTICLE X FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES The Junior Class, in conjunction with ASB, sponsors the annual Homecoming Dance. The Senior Class and ASB sponsor the Senior Prom, and the Sophomore Class and ASB, sponsor the Winter Ball. It is the responsibility of both the class officers and ASB to see that each dance pays for itself. In the event that a profit is made, the first $500 profit goes to the sponsoring class and the remaining profit goes to ASB. If there is a loss, the first $500 lost is absorbed by the sponsoring class and the remaining loss is absorbed by ASB. Clubs, organizations and athletic teams attempting to raise money by means of a fundraiser may request an advance of funds up to $300 from ASB if said group lacks sufficient funds to finance their fundraiser. be at the discretion of the ASB Advisor and the financial secretary as to whether ASB approves and advances money to any group for fundraising purposes.
