You can collect your passport from our Kensington Travel Centre or we will send it to you by secure delivery. Importantly, the price you see is the price you pay. CHINA British Citizen passport holders are required to obtain a visa prior to arrival. 1. V isa R equ irem en ts: Passport valid for at least 6 months from your arrival back to the UK with at least 2 blank pages. If you are a dual national, you will need to send us BOTH passports held. 1 completed application form. Handwritten forms are no longer accepted by the Chinese Embassy. Forms must be completed on-line, printed and signed. Please visit our website on www.trailfinders.com/visas to complete the on-line application. If you are unable to complete the on-line application, please call our Trailfinders Visa Service on 020 7368 1504 for assistance. 1 passport style colour photograph taken within the last 6 months. Photograph background must be white. (Computer generated photographs are NOT accepted) Confirmation of all flights and accommodation for the full duration of your stay, if not booked with Trailfinders. For a Business Visa, we will need a Letter of Invite from the inviter in China with an official stamp. Applicants under the age of 18 years, we will need a full birth certificate (must show both parents details) and a copy of both parents passports. Parents must also sign the application form. 2. V isa Ch arges: Tourist Single/Multiple Entry Visa fee 151.00 (including outsourcing fee). Express service is an additional 27.00. Trailfinders Service Charge is an additional 85.00 (inc VAT and secure delivery) per visa. Clients who have booked their travel arrangements with Trailfinders can benefit from a reduced Service Charge of 65.00 per visa. All fees are per person and are based in British Citizen passport holders. 3. Meth ods of pay m en t: Please complete the credit/debit card mandate on the reverse of this sheet. Alternatively, make cheques payable to Trailfinders Ltd and write your address on the back. 4. V alidity : Valid to enter China within 3 months from the date of issue for a maximum stay of 30 days Validity will always be at the discretion of the Chinese Embassy. 5. P rocessin g Tim e: Processing time for your visa is generally within 6 working days of receipt by Trailfinders. The express service is generally processed within 4 working days. If you are travelling to China with a tour, you will need to allow a processing time of at least 10 workings days. Embassies do not open at weekends, working days are Monday to Friday.
