The SCQ may also amend the rules herein at any time, in which case revised rules will be made available to the public. G. The SCQ declines all responsibility towards any person who may not have received one or more electronic entries or a chance to participate in the Promotion. H. The SCQ declines all responsibility in the event of any situation, incident or other event that may prevent a person from meeting participation deadlines or collecting a prize in accordance with the terms indicated.
