The Nevada Off Highway Vehicles Regulations Committee has determined that its regulations have no direct or significant negative effect on Nevada Small Businesses and have a potential positive benefit to the economy. Comment has not been solicited from small businesses, and no summary of their response is provided, because small businesses are not impacted by these regulations and thus not burden or economic impact can be assessed. Respectfully submitted, Charlie Cox Chair of Regulations Committee.
