NORMALIZED IFO MARGIN 9 months Stationery normalized IFO margin was 13.5% compared to 14.1% in 9 months 2013, benefiting from the consolidation effect of Cello Pens, more than offset by continued increased investment in brand support mainly in North and Latin America. Q3 normalized IFO margin was 10.5% compared to 13.0% in Q3 2013 as lower cost of production was offset by other operating expenses and increased brand support. 8
