Vote: MOTION that Ordinance #14-13 entitled An ORDINANCE of the Council of the City of Sharon, County of Mercer, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of Sharon, Part Four, Traffic Code, Title Four, Publice Ways, Section.02 Stop Streets, to provide all vehicles are required to stop on Spearman Avenue, both ways, at its intersection with Quinby Street. MOTION that Ordinance #15-13 entitled An ORDINANCE of the Council of the City of Sharon, County of Mercer, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, authorizing execution and deliverance of the Municipal Risk Management Workers Compensation Pooled Trust Agreement and application. Vote: MOTION that Ordinance #16-13 entitled An ORDINANCE of the Council of the City of Sharon, County of Mercer, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, fixing the tax rate for the Fiscal Year 2014 for general City purposes, the sum of 29.51 mills on each dollar of assessed valuation. Vote: RESOLUTIONS MOTION that Resolution #86-13 entitled A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Sharon authorizing the Proper City Officials to approve a request for Final Pay Estimate #5 for Carl Walker Construction in the amount of $45,847.10 for the Parking Garage Project. be adopted. Vote: MOTION that Resolution #79-13 entitled A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Sharon authorizing the Proper City Officials to approve the destruction of requested Police records. be adopted.
