Ordinance No 18 10 08(14), An Ordinance Creating Article IV of Chapter 186 of Municipal Code Effective Within the Former Town of Salem Territory Relating to the Keeping of Chickens in Residential Areas. 3.) Amendment to the current Sex Offender Ordinance. BUILDING DEPARTMENT 1.) Resolution - A Resolution and Order to Raze Building on property located at 8705 Antioch Rd, Salem, WI 53168, Tax Parcel No. 70-4-120-142-0260, belonging to, 8705 Antioch Road, LLC, PO Box 86, Wilmot, WI 53192. Board has previously requested an engineer s report relative to the repairs to be completed for this Regular meeting. PLANNING & ZONING 1.) Ordinance No 18 10 08(15), An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map for the Village of Salem Lakes, to amend the zoning district on Tax Parcel #70-4-120-341-0480 from R-8 (Urban Two-Family) to R-3 (Urban Single-Family Residential). COMMISSIONS & BOARDS 1.) Appointment to the Zoning Board of Appeal. The appointments are to replace Dennis Faber (3 year term ending June 2020) and to appoint/reappoint the term of Judy Schwartz whose term expired (3 year term ending June 2021). 2.) Appointment of the Zoning Board of Appeal Chairman and Vice Chairman. Appointments are for one (1) year. 3.) Appointment of Commission member to the Southeast Wisconsin Fox River Commission (SEWFRC).
