To create a mentoring program to ensure the continuity of CITEL procedures in accordance with established COM/CITEL regulatory statutes, structured in three phases. 2. To commence this program at the 30 th meeting of PCC.II. 2. To include in the circular letter an invitation to submit contributions on each one of the topics contained in it, either by email (citel@oas.org) or through electronic forums created within CITEL. 3. To instruct the Chairs of the Working Groups to coordinate prior the meeting of their Working Groups, with those members of CITEL, that for any reason are unable to participate in said meeting and thus request it, the due presentation and consideration of their contributions when these contain action items that are to be considered by the Working Group. In the case of Information Documents, these may be submitted by the Chair or Vice-Chair of the Working Group. 4. The deadline for submission of documents is two weeks prior to the date on which the meeting is scheduled to begin, not including the first day. Documents received thereafter shall be carried forward to the next PCC.II meeting. 5. In order to ensure the translation of input documents, Administrations are required to submit their contributions up to three weeks prior to the beginning of the meeting. PCC.II/DEC. 191 (XXIX -17) CREATING AN AD HOC GROUP FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF WORK PRIORITIES, EXPECTED RESULTS, AND POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PARTICIPATION OF ASSOCIATE MEMBERS FOR THE NEXT PCC.I STUDY PERIOD 7. PCC.II/DEC. 192 (XXIX -17) CREATION OF AD HOC GROUP TO COORDINATE STRATEGIC 1. To create an Ad Hoc Group for the identification of work priorities, expected results, and possible improvements in the participation of associate members for the next PCC.II study period. 2. The Group will be open to participation from the Member States and Associate Members; it will be chaired by the Administration of México, and the administrations of Argentina and the United States of America, as Vice-chairs. 3. The group shall meet both virtually and face to face, and will submit its report to the 30 Meeting of PCC.I for its inclusion in the final report of PCC.II. 4. The Group must identify, taking into account both experience and lessons learned, proposals on issues to be worked by PCC.II during the next term; improvements in work methodologies; expected results on identified issues, and actions to foster the participation of Associate Members. 5. To request the Secretariat of CITEL to provide relevant resources to carry out the virtual sessions. 6. To request the Secretariat of CITEL to resend to the member associates the questionnaire approved by Resolution 289 (XXXII-16) of COM/CITEL. 1.
