5. Required Documents Please be submitted all application documents to the school administrator by the due date for every intake. Please see the list of required documents at the end of the book. [Notes] *Submit the original documents (*required), which are issued within 3 months. *Applicant, the supporter write the application form by themselves *The certificate that you wish to return, please let me know at the time of application. Documents to be submitted to the Immigration Bureau, will not be returned. *Translation must be attached for all the documents not written in Japanese. 6. Fix the arrival date. Arrange the flight STEP 6 Welcome to Japan Please submit all the necessary documents to the school you are applying and wire transfer the Application fee to the designated bank account by the deadline. After receiving the documents, we will screen the documents. We will issue a Letter of Acceptance for those who have admitted and submit it governed immigration bureau. Immigration Bureau will issue Certificate of Eligibility after screening. We will inform applicant after Certificate of Eligibility has been issued. Applicant or agent must wire transfer admission fee, tuition etc. to the designated bank account. After the confirmation of the payment, we will send Certificate of Eligibility, Letter of Acceptance and schedule. Please send us the questionnaire if applicant wishes to live in a dormitory or wish to have airport pick up as soon as possible. After receiving the visa, please arrange the flight and inform the arrival date to the school you have applied. We wish you to arrive on the day designated by school if possible. Let s study together! 7. Fees Please finish your payment for 6 month or 1 year tuition before your admission. Same fee for 4 schools. So, you need to pay 8 % of consumption tax for your fee. *Because of the changing rates of consumption tax, tax rates changed for the students from April 2014. * In case of changing the rate of consumption tax, we will let you know the change of the fees. *Application fee of JPY 20,000(with consumption tax) must be paid at the time of application to the school you have applied for. *Actual Expenses for the textbook will be charged at schools when you start to study. *There might be a case of charging translation fee. *There might be an extra charge for some activities. *No refund will be made for those withdrawing within a 6 month after entrance. *Above fees apply from October 2013 to March 2014. Fees are subject to change after April 2014. In case of change, new fees will apply to new students and also to existing students.

8. Accommodation general information 1 How you pay for student residence. Student must pay for the first 6 months prior to arrival. If students prefer to continue the contract student must pay for 3 months in the end of prior months. Appendix II. Refund Policy Based on the Guideline from Association for the Promotion of Japanese Language Education 1 Received a Certificate of Eligibility but did not apply for the visa and did not come to Japan. Requirement: Return of Letter of Acceptance and Certificate of Eligibility. Refund: All the fee EXCEPT entrance fee. 2 Applied for visa at Japanese Embassy or Consulate but the visa was refused and could not come to Japan. Requirement: Return of Letter of Acceptance and the proof of the refusal of visa issued by Japanese Embassy or Consulate. Refund: All the fee EXCEPT entrance fee. 3 Received visa but refused to enter school before coming to Japan. Requirement: Return of Letter of Acceptance and able to confirm non-use of Visa. Refund: All the fee EXCEPT entrance fee. 4 The student who has obtained visa and came to Japan but withdrew without rational reason. Refund: No Refund 5 The student came to Japan but did not enter the school. Refund: No Refund 6 Any school fees won t be refunded, if you leave school within 6 months from the admission. 6 months after, tuition as a unit for each three months (month of 4-6,7-9,10-12,1-3), belong to the period will not refund. *There will be no refund for Application fee. *All the bank charge must be paid by applicant 6
