Proof of ownership of business in PHOTOCOPY (IF ORIGINAL BUSINESS PROOF is in a regional language, then a copy of the original business proof with an English translation, attested by NOTARY, will be required) e.g.: (i) Registration paper of the company/firm, or (ii) Memorandum of the company or (iii) Partnership deed. (c) Employed. Declaration written and signed by the employer on the company s letterhead with salary details c. Farmer: Original declaration stating that you are an Agriculturist, date and signature are required (See Annexure no. 5) Note: if you are a farmer and at the same time you are self-employed/employed please provide details for both. 5. If these are in a regional language, then copies of original crop sale receipts with an English translation, attested by the NOTARY with a declaration on a plain paper, needs to be submitted. b. Annexure 2: Letter from the Student To be typed and printed on a Plain Paper Explaining the Purpose of the trip, where you will stay, who is paying for the trip, travel dates and who will be accompanying the child.
