The Ballet admits that the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq., is a civil rights law that was enacted in July 1990. 3. The Ballet admits that 42 U.S.C. 12101(b) outlines the purposes of the ADA as cited in paragraph 3 of the Complaint. 4. The allegations of paragraph 4 of the Complaint do not relate to the Ballet and therefore do not require an answer from the Ballet. The Ballet admits that the Colorado Ballet conduct performances in venues within the Complex. The Ballet denies the remaining allegations of paragraph 24 of the Complaint. 25.
