Planning and Zoning 4 September 18, 2013 The discussion focused on several topics including the Kirkwood Road entry being repaved with an alternative material; such as asphalt and the current pave stones being re-utilized in pedestrian areas around the proposed building. There was also a discussion about the potential noise impacts of the outdoor amphitheater, but the consensus of all parties was that the noise would not be a critical issue due to the orientation of the amphitheater (to the west), the screening of the amphitheater by a portion of the building and the physical distance of the amphitheater from adjacent properties. Finally, discussion centered around traffic circulation and the need to prevent on-street parking along Kirkwood Place.
