County Administrator Manuel Lopez stated that he received a call from Gordon Palmer, Stockton City Manager. Supervisor Villapudua stated that he received telephone calls from employees of Head Start regarding their concerns of Head Start Management. Secondly, the employees provided him material that was presented to the Board in October of 2008 that requested the designation of a Board Member to the Head Start Committee.
