Applicant shall submit a fee a $500.00 made payable to the Tom Green County Treasurer for the filing of any original or renewal application, and a copy of the receipt submitted with this application. Applications without a receipt from the Tom Green County Treasurer will not be processed. Texas Occupancy Code 1704.154 (b) (D) (Vernon Supp. 2005) Applicant shall submit Exhibit C acknowledging the proper apprenticeship and continuing legal education. Applicant shall also submit Exhibit D from the supervising licensed surety.
