Bowe, on Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at Woodbury City Hall, 33 Delaware Street, Woodbury, N.J.. The Invocation was given by Rev. Dr. Robert W. Ralph, Sr. Pastor, Kemble Memorial United Methodist Church. The City Clerk read the results of the General Election. On motion of Councilwoman Brown, seconded by Councilman Graziani, the resolution was adopted by a RESOLUTION #05-02 - RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY FOR THE YEAR 2005 Councilman Graziani presented the above-entitled resolution. On motion of Councilman Graziani, seconded by Councilman Louis, the resolution was adopted by a RESOLUTION #05-03 - RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PRESIDENT PRO TEMPORE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY WITH FULL AUTHORITY TO ACT IN ALL MATTERS AS THE PRESIDENT DURING PERIODS OF ABSENCE FROM THE CITY OF PRESIDENT HARRY R. RESOLUTION #05-05 - RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY FOR THE LEGISLATIVE YEAR 2004 On motion of Councilman Tierney, seconded by Councilman Grimming, the resolution was adopted by a RESOLUTION #05-06 - RESOLUTION FIXING THE SUM TO BE CHARGED FOR NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS Councilman Grimming presented the above-entitled resolution. On motion of Councilman Grimming, seconded by Councilman Curtis, the resolution was adopted by a RESOLUTION #05-07 - RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES OF FUNDS OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY Councilman Curtis presented the above-entitled resolution. On motion of Councilman Curtis, seconded by Councilman Graziani, the resolution was adopted by a Councilman Sloane did not participate in the vote due to a potential conflict of interest.
