Each candidate should be prepared to give a three-minute speech about their stance on issues. There will be six groups total. Each group will have 18 minutes to speak and answer questions and then four minutes to move to the next floor. After speaking on the 2nd floor, that group will take an 18-minute break and start again on the 6th floor.
