Farm-to-School Combined SB 1010, SB 958 & SB 878 Changes Farm-to-School to Farm-to-Table. Defines "institutions" as schools, correctional facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and military bases. Requires the Department of Agriculture to establish guidelines for voluntary participation (does not require any institution to participate). Participating institutions will purchase > 10% of foods locally by December 31, 2019. Modifies staffing Repeals December 2015 expiration.
