The Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public s assistance in identifying 2 suspects in two attempted commercial break and enters. On the 26th of March 2018 and again on the the 10th of April 2018, two male suspects attempted to break into a commercial business located in the 1400 block of Stittsville Main St. On both occasions the suspects arrived in vehicles and attempted to gain entry by using a crowbar. Police investigating a Break and Enter at Bell High School The Ottawa Police Service West Break and Enter Unit is investigating a break in at Bell High School, 40 Cassidy Rd., which occurred on April 8 th, 2018. The suspect(s) gained entry to a portable classroom and removed several electronic devices. Investigators are requesting the public s help with any information regarding the location of the devices and/or suspect information. Police looking to identify a vehicle involved in residential Break and Enters The Ottawa Police Service West Break and Enter Unit is investigating two residential break-ins in the area of Keyrock Drive in North Kanata that occurred on Tuesday April 17 th, 2018. At approximately noon, the suspects arrived in a newer white Dodge Durango with Ontario licence plates. Investigators are requesting the public s help in identifying the suspect vehicle and the occupants. Police are requesting anyone that may have had a suspicious male attend their door on Tuesday, April 17 th, 2018, who arrived in a newer white Dodge Durango, especially in the Kanata area, to contact the Police. On two separate occasions in the By Ward Market area, commercial businesses were broken into. In both cases the proper alarm code was entered, the electricity was turned off and the safe was targeted. These incidents occurred shortly before midnight. No photos available. (Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a break and enter and is seeking public assistance to identify the suspect responsible. On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, a female dressed in scrubs entered a seniors residence in the West end of Ottawa, and proceeded into tenants rooms and stole various items. This female suspect is believed to be responsible for a series of similar break and enters, posing as a care worker. The female suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 5 6-5 8 (168cm 173cm), thin build with brown hair and she wears glasses. She is believed to be in her thirties to forties, and she walks tilted forward. Anyone with information relating to this break-in, or any other break-in, is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service Break and Enter Unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 4533. Seeking the identity of a suspect from a residential break and enter (Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a residential break and enter and is seeking the public s assistance to identify the suspect responsible. On Monday, January 29, 2018 at approximately 8:50 pm, a suspect unlawfully entered residential premises, which were under renovation, situated along the 300 block of Besserer Street. The front door was forced open and the suspect made off with multiple power tools. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 25-35 years, 5 8-5 10 (173cm 178cm), average build, with a full goatee. At the time, the suspect was wearing a light-coloured winter jacket with fur around the hood, tuque and dark-coloured pants (view picture.) Suspect sought in Montreal Road commercial break and enter (Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a recent commercial break and enter and is seeking the public s assistance to identify the suspect responsible. On Saturday, February 10, 2018 at approximately 10:57 pm, a lone male is suspected of breaking into an office within a long-term care residence situated along the 700 block of Montreal Road. The suspect stole a quantity of cash before leaving the residence. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, early 50 s, approximately 5 10 (178 cm), wearing prescription glasses, brown hair with moustache (view pictures.)
