SCCE's 17th Annual Compliance & Ethics Institute: CLE Approvals By State The SCCE submitted sessions deemed eligible for general CLE credits and legal ethics CLE credits to most states with CLE requirements and processes; exceptions are noted below. CLE credits are awarded based on individual attendance records and state CLE rules. Please note that approvals will vary as each state may have different requirements, rules, and regulations: Not every state calculates CLE credits based on the clock hour. Not every state will grant general CLE credits for all sessions submitted by the SCCE. Not every state will grant legal ethics CLE credits for all sessions submitted by the SCCE.
