Presidential Decree # 27/04/02 April 27, 2011 Tbilisi On the Approval of the Action Plan for 2011-2012 on the Measures to be Implemented for the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Protection and Assistance to the Victims of Domestic Violence 1. The Action Plan for 2011-2012 on the Measures to be Implemented for the Elimination of Domestic Violence and Protection and Assistance to the Victims of Domestic Violence (hereinafter referred to as the Action Plan ) shall be hereby approved. 2. Monitoring of the implementation of obligations by government agencies under the present Action Plan and planning of future activities shall be carried out by the Inter-Agency Council Implementing Measures to Eliminate Domestic Violence (hereinafter referred to as the Inter-Agency Council ). 3. Government agencies determined by the Action Plan shall develop quarterly reports on the implementation of the Action Plan and submit them to the Inter-Agency Council on a quarterly basis. 4. The Parliamentary Council on Gender Equality of Georgia shall be tasked to participate in the implementation of the activities determined by the Action Plan in the framework of its competency and to cooperate with the Inter-Agency Council and other appropriate agencies defined by the present Action Plan. Increase public awareness on the prevention of domestic violence and on the issue of domestic 3.1.
