All Civil Revision Petitions (except the Civil Revision Petitions filed against the orders made under the Arbitration Act) and Second Appeals filed on or after 1-2-2018 for admission and interlocutory shall be posted before the concerned Administrative Judge subject to note No. 13. 6. Civil Revision Petitions and Second Appeals filed on or after 1-2-2018 will be placed before the respective Administrative Judges preferably on Fridays to be heard as far as possible between 2.15 pm and 4.15 pm and those matters shall remain before the Administrative Judge for a period of six months from its first date of hearing. If such matters are not admitted/disposed of within the six months, those shall automatically stand transferred to regular Court assigned to hear Civil Revision Petitions from the year 2016 onwards and Second Appeals respectively. 7. Civil Motions pertaining to categories of Civil Revision Petitions and Second Appeals filed on or after 1-2-2018 shall be moved before the concerned Administrative Judge in-charge of the District. In the event of absence of any Hon ble Judge, the civil motions may be moved before regular Court assigned to hear Civil Revision Petitions from the year 2016 onwards and Second Appeals respectively. 8. All Civil Revision Petitions (except the Civil Revision Petitions filed against the orders made under the Arbitration Act) and Second Appeals filed before 1-2-2018, which are pending for admission, shall be posted before the Courts assigned to hear Civil Revision Petitions from the year 2016 onwards and Second Appeals respectively. 9. 50 Writ Petitions (old) relating to the year 2007 and prior thereto shall be given priority for hearing. 10. Contempt Petitions alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by the Judge/s shall be listed before the same Judge/s and if the said Judge/s cease/s to be a Judge/s of this High Court, the same shall be posted before the Judge/s assigned to hear that category of matters. 11. All lunch motions, Miscellaneous Petitions (other than Review Petitions) on request shall be posted/made before the respective Bench. 12. All miscellaneous applications such as WPMPs, WAMPs, CMPs, Crl. MPs., relating to final hearing matters shall be posted before the Bench having final hearing provision for that category. 13. First Appeals and City Civil Court Appeals (other than Land Acquisition Appeals) exceeding valuation of Rs. 25 Lakhs, including CMAs, shall be posted before Division Bench as per roster. 14. The matters assigned to a Hon ble Judge while sitting single by the Hon ble the Chief Justice (except the matters allotted for III judge reference or Election Petitions) shall stand released, when the said Hon ble Judge is assigned to preside over a Division Bench or as the 2 nd member of the Division Bench, and shall be posted before the Hon ble Judge assigned to hear that category of matters. 15. When the recused matter is directed to be posted before other Bench by the Hon ble the Chief Justice, on change of the roster and, if it is not part-heard, it shall be posted before the Judge assigned to hear that category of matters, if such Judge is different from the one who recused the matter. 16. Review Petitions shall be posted before the Hon ble Single Judge against whose order the review petition is filed, and if the said Hon ble Judge ceases to be a Judge of this High Court, the same may be posted before the Hon ble judge who is assigned to hear that category of cases. 17.
