Hal Simmons, Planning and Development Services, Moved by JORDAN and seconded by EBERLE that Reasons for Decision regarding CUP06-00053/Appeal/Scott Gray/7 Unit Infill PUD be approved. YEAS: BISTERFELDT, CLEGG, EBERLE, JORDAN, and SHEALY. TIBBS abstained.
