This is new and exciting technology available. FORTIS BC, MICHELLE PETRUSEVICH & IAN TURNBULL ~ ARE WE SPEAKING THE RIGHT LANGUAGE Ø Presentation regarding removing barriers for excavation safety is attached. Ø Fortis BC has done a lot of research to determine why landowners and excavators continue to hit Fortis underground infrastructure and has made a number of changes to their messaging, advertising and One Call ticket information in an attempt to reduce hits. Ø Plans going forward include increased data mining from real time systems on the work trucks, additional messaging in different languages, 2 Page

INTEGRATED CADASTRAL INFORMATION SOCIETY STEVE MARK Ø The Integrated Cadastral Information Society (ICI Society) is a leader in the sharing of geospatial information; driving collaboration, integration, adoption and use of spatial data for the social and economic benefit of British Columbia. Ø Presentation is attached regarding the information available to members of ICI Society. The web mapping services include underground municipal, Kinder Morgan, Fortis BC, Telus, Shaw and other infrastructure. Ø ICI Society aggregates and shares the data with it s members. 1.
