By November 13, 2015, the Debtor shall cause notice ( Cure Notice ) of proposed assumption and proposed cure costs ( Proposed Cure ) in a form substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 to be served on the non-debtor parties to all executory contracts and leases that may be assumed as part of the Joint Plan (each, Proposed Assumed Contract ). b. Any objection to the Proposed Cure by a non-debtor party to a Proposed Assumed Contract must be filed, served, and actually received by counsel for the Debtor, which deadline may be extended in the sole discretion of the Debtor ( Cure Objection ) to the (i) Cure Costs listed by the Debtor in the Cure Notice and to propose alternative cure amounts; and/or (ii) assumption of the relevant Proposed Assumed Contract must be filed on the date that is fourteen days after service of the Cure Notice ( Cure Objection Deadline ), which deadline may be extended in the sole discretion of the Debtor.
