I am a trial attorney who practices mostly in the areas of family law which includes dissolution of marriage, custody, child support, paternity, and guardianship, The percentage varies throughout the year, but on average this is over 80% of my practice. About 15% is primarily criminal defense trial practice, and injunctions. The remaining 5% is general litigation, personal injury, and appellate law.
