The Consent Appraisal Committee meeting of the Board was held on 9.9.2014. Following members of the Consent Appraisal Committee were present: 1. Shri. J. S. Refusal order placed in the agenda is approved. 31.1.2019 It was decided to grant renewal of consent after the receipt of additional fees and by imposing following condition(s): 1) Industry shall submit BG of Rs 5 lakhs towards O & M of PCS. 2) Industry shall comply with the conditions of authorization granted by CPCB for recycling and reprocessing of spent catalyst issued on 30.8.2010. 28.2.2017 It was decided to grant renewal of consent subject to TAC s comments regarding water budget and obtain double amount of BG of Rs. 10/- Lakh as JVS reports are exceeding and incorporate amendment in water requirement & waste water generation as per water budget submitted by the industry in final consent. 30.9.2015 It was decided to grant of C to 1st O (part) and renewal of existing with 15 th CAC meeting of 2014-2015 (Book-let no. 33,34 and 35) dated 9.9.2014 Page 3 of 16

After finalization of incinerator policy, the consent to be amended accordingly. 31.1.2017 They have constructed ware house without permission of the Board, also the said ware house may attract EIA notification. Hence, it was decided to obtain a resolution from Company s Board that they have constructed without valid consent to operate from the Board and Environmental Clearance and violated the provisions of Environmental Laws and in future, they will not do such violations. It was decided to grant renewal of consent after the receipt of additional consent fees by imposing following conditions: 1) Forfeit 2.5 lakh out of 5 lakh towards O & M of PCS as the JVS results are exceeding and top-up BG of Rs 5 15 th CAC meeting of 2014-2015 (Book-let no. 33,34 and 35) dated 9.9.2014 Page 4 of 16

Also submit BG of Rs 2 lakh for the compliance of the same. 5) PP shall submit above said Board by 15.10.2014 and submit BG of Rs. 2 lakh towards compliance of the same. 28.02.2015 It was decided to grant renewal of consent to operate without increased HW by imposing the following condition(s): 1. The clarification of industry regarding APC systems provided to paint booth and shot blasting units with adequate stack height is not acceptable hence, industry shall submit the details of APC system with stack height details to TAC by 15.10.2014 for verification of adequacy and submit the BG of Rs. 2 lakhs towards compliance of the same. 2. Industry shall carry out the hazardous waste audit within three month i.e. upto 30/11/2014 as the quantity of HW is increased more than double compared to previous consent and submit the BG of Rs. 2 lakh for the compliance of the same. 15 th CAC meeting of 2014-2015 (Book-let no. 33,34 and 35) dated 9.9.2014 Page 5 of 16
